I made a second visit to Singapore to discuss super-recognition at the Ministry of Home Affairs (headquarters of the police – New Phoenix House) following a pilot initiated in February 2017 by a Singapore Government Agency. I received a great welcome and details of confidential (again!) anecdotal successes following the previous visit and testing procedures.
